C. Titus Takes “Good Life” on the Road With Two West Coast Nights This October

The recording artist and Realede Records co-founder joins MoneyHill Casino’s Spiritual Advisory Tour at The Virgil in Los Angeles on Oct. 10 and Brick & Mortar Music Hall in San Francisco on Oct. 11.

In June, C. Titus played an unreleased song called “Good Life” for the crowd at San Francisco’s Juneteenth Parade. Bay Area DJs have been spinning it ever since. On Oct. 10 and 11, he takes it to Los Angeles and San Francisco on back-to-back nights.

The recording artist and Realede Records co-founder is the featured guest on MoneyHill Casino’s Spiritual Advisory Tour, presented by Sean Healy Presents. He plays The Virgil in Los Angeles on Saturday, Oct. 10, and Brick & Mortar Music Hall in San Francisco on Sunday, Oct. 11. The San Francisco date is an all-ages Sunday matinee.

The Record

“Good Life,” featuring Black Albert, came out July 31 on Realede Records. It’s a song about enjoying what you worked for, with a bounce that works in a packed club or with the windows down.

The Kim Caldwell Show caught him at the album release party for Hieroglyphics’ “All Said And Done” and put it simply: “It’s not a party without having C. Titus in the building!”

“I wrote ‘Good Life’ for everybody who’s been putting in work and waiting on their moment,” said C. Titus. “L.A. on Saturday, then home to the Bay on Sunday. That’s the good life for me. Come early, because we’re not holding anything back.”

A Year on Stage

The tour closes out a busy year on stage. C. Titus closed his NBA All-Star Weekend set in Los Angeles with “Belaire Bottles in the Air,” performed during BET Awards weekend, played Oakland First Fridays in April and took the stage at Lique in Miami in July. His music has been placed on BET, Nickelodeon and USA Network.

Story angles for media: an Oakland independent who owns his label, the parade debut behind “Good Life,” and a back-to-back L.A. and Bay Area weekend.
